Right from New York’s legendary Pat Lafrieda Meats. A flavorful certified Angus gourmet short rib burger, grilled to perfection and done “Dizzy’s signature style” with lettuce, grilled vine-ripened tomatoes, caramelized onions and melted Jack bleu cheese on an artisan croissant bun with seasoned fries.

From the first bite to the last, this burger was so juicy and delicious. The croissant bun was a different twist to your normal hamburger bun & it was a great choice. I usually don’t eat tomatoes on top of my burger, however, I decided to keep them on and it complemented the onions very well. With the melted Jack bleu cheese & juices from the short rib drizzling down my hands, this would recommended to anyone headed to the Rockaway River Barn.
