With being on vacation and in a different town, it didn’t stop me from trying another burger. My family and I decided to eat at an Irish Pub and what better place to have a burger, than that. The amount of bleu cheese on top of the burger was a great surprise. Usually, I don’t see that amount on a typical burger. The juice from the burger and the sharp taste of the cheese was a great combo bite every time. No need for the lettuce, tomato, onion or ketchup, just put those aside and take a big bite of the burger, topped with bleu cheese, inside the fresh roll.
